MY STORY

Since 2009, I have been passionate about education and helping others improve their academic performance. I believe that with the correct tools and under the right guidance, everybody can succeed in their studies.

I use a variety of teaching methods in my class to make sure that everybody feels welcome, engaged and excited to learn. On top of that, I do my best to provide students with any help and support they need to get the best results. In my class, you will never be alone.

Originally from Philadelphia, I moved to California to pursue my Master's in Education and teaching credential. I have both an elementary credential and secondary credential and have taught at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.

I moved to Bakersfield 9 years ago, got married and now have 3 beautiful children: Catherine, Declan, and Maeve. I have taught Biology at Bakersfield High School since 2015.
